Integrated Transport Security is a private company that is certified by the Department of Homeland Security and is authorized to deploy TSA screening methods to search persons and transportation cargo for Improvised Explosive Devices (IED’s), explosive and other harmful substances that could effect public safety or the flying public. ITS is committed to the legislative intent to Support Anti-terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act (The Safety Act).

Our Mission: To insure that business and organizations engaged in United States Commerce are protected and immune from Terrorist-related 3rd party liability.
Our Vision

James Fontenet
Chief Executive Officer

James Fontenet is the owner and CEO of ITS. Mr. Fontenet has had a successful rise to prominence in sports, business, community service and philanthropy. He began his professional business career as a skycap at the Phoenix Airport at the age of 14, since this time, Mr. Fontenet has enjoyed a career in professional basketball, and has founded 6 businesses and non-profit organizations.

 
John I. Payne
President/Principal

John Payne a native of St. Louis Missouri brings to ITS many years of Business Management experience from both the Corporate and private sector. He previously worked for AT&T Services in the Telecommunications Industry for more than 32 years, holding Lead Management and Senior Management positions in Revenue & Public Affairs, Network Engineering, Industry Markets, Finance and Information Technology Services.
